i have an 06 tiburon, with trip-tronic transmission, it's the lowest model, i just wanted to know what egine can i put in there to gain more power? i was told i could maybe put a SRT-4 motor but id otn know? can any one help me?

If you wanted a fast car you should have bought a fast car. No sense in dropping in a new engine. Sell the dumb thing and buy a faster car.

I have never heard of swapping that motor for a srt-4 motor. As you may know already the srt-4 motor is turbocharged and unlike a normal motor the turbo is in the back instead of the front. That would be a problem of clearance. Also I would change the transmission to manual but that's just me. I wold just sell the car and buy a faster one or put a different motor than the srt-4.

For the money you spend on speeding this thing up (remember, you also have to think about brakes and suspension if you want to do it right) you could sell your car and buy something that's already fast. Actually, you could probably do it a couple times.
