How do you wash them well enought to reuse? When I wash them with soap and water, they get all spotted and seem not clean enough. But I want to re-use them to create less waste!

i do, and i dry them as well as possible with a cloth, then i prop them open upside down with a spoon or something to hold them open. And no they dont ever look as nice as a new fresh one, but depending on what you are using it for it should still work ok.

I do not reuse Ziploc bags, plastic water bottles, or anything similar. The reason is that I read a study that indicated when you re-used disposable items, they were likely to leak carcinogens because they begin to break down.

I do not remember the study, only the site. I hope it helps!

I do resue them if I didn't have something like raw meat, etc in them. I use them a lot for produce and reuse those all the time.
