You need to isolate each item - motorised valves/ boiler/ etc. and test them individually for shorts and earth faults to identify the culprit, then replace the faulty unit. Does it blow when both timer circuits are off? If so it may be the timer or a compressed wire behind the timer, there is never much room in there!

Have you tried Glow-worm technical support line
01773828300 try calling later in the day as they inundated with calls and you will be on hold for hours. They will only deal with problems with the boiler itself.

You say the isolation box, is this the isolator for the whole heating system? If it is you need to check all external controls such as pump, motorized valves, thermostats for possible short circuits. On many occassions I have found small drips weeping out of valve stems and into actuators causing the fuse to low.

Good luck

Sound's like one of two things:
Faulty boiler poss control "board"
The circuit it is running of need's upgrading to be found on your main circuit board.
