How did domestic and international armed conflicts affect American life during Washington's second administration? What do American policy towards the Indians, the French Revolution, and the war between France and England have to do with this?

I believe that we helped make weapons to supply to the French during their war with England. The Americans were scared of the Indians because they would launch random attacks on forts and town and the flee into the night/day. And i'm not sure how the french revelution fits into it but i would guess that it's because we provide the weapons.
