Looking at your team I must say that I am quite impressed. It is obvious to me that you must be very experienced and possess a great deal of baseball savvy. Your team is among the finest that I have seen this season and I commend you on your choices.
You have assembled a team with a great mix of speed and power, as well as a very solid pitching staff. Although there may be some injury concerns, the depth that you have built into this team is extraordinary. You appear headed to victory and a very satisfying season.
If you haven't done so, I suggest that you look into the possibility of making this more than a hobby. You certainly have some keen insights on the way a baseball team is assembled.
Good Luck!

How many teams in your league? And is it roto, or head to head?

I like this roster... you've got a lot of good, underrated players on there. Whoever's been saying they haven't heard of most of these guys has clearly never played fantasy baseball.

You've great balance of power and speed from your hitters. Coco Crisp is your worst starter, depending on how Delmon Young is. Since you've got a bunch of outfielders, and that's the easiest position to get players for anyway, you're not in bad shape there.

As J.J. Putz is a closer, he should definitely be starting.

Your pitching is the weakness. Weathers, Wickman, and Putz are all mid to lower tier closers (with Putz due for a regression), and Willis, Burnett, and Hudson are more reputation than performance. Harang might be due for a step back this year as well.

Summary: Great hitters, average pitching. Try and package and outfielder and weathers for a better closer.

This team is really decent at best with equal strength among active players, but I would make this change:

- Adam LaRoche is a fine, decent player who has pop and will make a good trade bait, since you already have Richie Sexson on the bench. For LaRoche, you can get a Chad Cordero, Francisco Cordero, or Carlos Guillen.

- Scott Podsednik maybe ready for Opening Day and with a logjam at OF, I make Corey Patterson the victim to go. For C-Pat, You can get Chone Figgins, Bill Hall, Rickie Weeks, Eric Chavez, Justin Verlander, Bronson Arroyo, and Jose Valverde.

-Dump Jason Kendall for someone useful because Kendall is not getting any younger and his backup, Kurt Suzuki, is ready to take over soon.

your hitting is pretty decent. You have good power and good speed. This should be a successful lineup. Good bench options too. Your pitching is not all that great. Bonderman is a decent option, burnett would be good, but he cannot stay healthy, hudson is on the downslide, eyre is not great, weathers will be lucky to keep his closing role for too long, wickman is also at a very high risk to lose his job eventually to Gonzalez. Definately use Putz instead of Eyre and maybe Weathers depending on how things shape up. Putz has the closing job all to himself and although his elbow hurts, will be fine in a week or so. Also, get Harang in there! I'd use him over bonderman, hudson, and even burnett until he proves he's healthy. Webb and Willis are both gems to have.

Pretty good I would give it 8/10. Putz on the bench?? No way, get him active over Weathers. Nady is a possible 1B when LaRoche hits the skids. Cabrera was hurt last year he'll post better numbers than Lugo. Good Luck.

You have very little power, your pitching is very suspect to say the least and you have way too many unproven or proven DL players. JJ Putz is a active guy always!!! My main question is how many teams are in your league for youto get no true headline guys?

I'm not a big fan. But the thing that really has me scratching my head is WHY THE HECK WOULD YOU PLAY SCOTT EYRE OVER JJ PUTZ?!?! That's among the worst fantasy personnel decisions that I have ever seen.

You must've had 12th pick in every round.

Actually, it's not that bad. I've seen worse. Abeit I do agree with the previous poster .... Scott Eyre??? WFT were you thinking?
