yes actually i have, in reflexology its a belief that every organ in your body is connected to either your feet or hands. For example your ovaries are connected to your wrists suppousbly helping your ovulation remain regular. Also the soft spot between your thumb and index finger is connected to your uterus. It is said that woman who are pregnant should not massage this area because it can put you in to contractions it is known as the chinese abortion spot
(I took some reflexolgy classes)

Anything that relaxes you is good if your trying to conceive I am trying for a baby at the moment and it can be quite stressful so I looked at alternative remedies, to help me relax I tried Reiki (ray-key) I have only been for two 1 hour sessions and its been brilliant I feel loads better when I have been, its a really weird (in a good way) feeling, the lady I go to is lovely she is so helpful and positive, if you think reflexology will help you then definitely go if it doesn't work for then try something else there is no harm in trying a few different things.

I work in alternative therapies and have not heard of reflexology assisting conception. However, acupuncture is used a lot for women trying to conceive and has shown to work, so maybe try this instead?

I've been ttc for 6 years and have tried reflexology. It didn't work for me so I'm now going to try accupuncture instead. Hope it works for you.

i havent heard of using reflexology in terms of fertility, but if you find that you're having trouble, look into chiropractic care. most docs wont say it, but subluxations (variances) in your spine can put pressure on the nerves that feed into you reproductive organs. it may be worth it to check it out. Good Luck!

I'm currently trying accupuncture - second session this week. She's not suggested relexology but I have heard it's worthwhile from other people - it's also very relaxing and well worth it if you're feeling stressed. Look online and perhaps buy one of Zita Wests books - they are supposed to be really good. Good luck!
