I think it would be great if someone mentioned something funny about something I had done--something personal to me that my co-workers would know...I'd like to hear I'd be missed, and that it was a pleasure working with me...

She really knew her stuff.
I could always count on her when I needed help.
I trusted her; she was a model of high integrity and ethics.
She was an excellent boss and mentor; I learned a lot from her.
She was an integral part of the team.
It's great that she was able to retire at such a young age, but we're really going to miss her here.
