****Verizon Wireless doesn't operate on sim cards*****
You have 3 options the first of course manually do it yourself this one may take some time... secondly if these are for the same telephone # download Backup assistant from GIN under Get Going... if you are enrolled in My Account @ vzw.com then this is free for you to download and have on your phone if you are not register $1.99 month ... download it to the first active phone and back up all your #'s then process your ESn (phone switch and re-download the same program on the new equipment ... this is useful for upgrade...if you lose you phone and get a replacement if you had this on your old phone and put it on the new one it would just replace all of it .. you can even manage it on line was you down load it through Get It Now By logging into your account at verizonwireless.com/backupassistant, you have full access to your phone's address book. You can view, print, add, delete and edit contacts (1st download it)... and lastly take both phones to a full service Verizon store and the technician can transfer for you (there may or may not be a fee)

Just take it to your local Verizon service store and they can do it for you. You should also be able to call the number on your Verizon bill and they should be able to do it for you too. Good luck!
P.S. The person that said to take out the sim card behind the battery...that is for Nextel phones...I had one of those...none of the LG phones that I have had (4 different ones) have had a "sim card".

The EnV touch is a little nicer phone than the EnV3. It has a few more applications and a little better camera (3.2mp vs 3.0mp). Just stay away from the Versa. The Versa is way overrated

Remove the sim card from the back of the phone (it is located behind the battery) Then place it in the other phone. This should also move over all of your contact information as well as any downloads you have on your original phone.

You can get many options in handsets these days. They range from Copy phone book to move phone book. You can copy via blue tooth/infra red or you can just copy the contacts to your old sim then copy them back to your new phone with the old sim inserted. Forgot to mention you can also use USB connections and backup your stuff on your PC then send it to your new handset.
