I need a door viewer or "peep hole" that can fit a door that is only 3/4" thick. Is there on that size? or what is the smalles size that I can find?

the only place you'll find a 3/4" inch door, as a standard size, is on a kitchen cabinet.
you may consider using a small decorative medallion to build up the thickness for a standard peep hole.

most of them will fit as that is the normal size of a solid front door.
interior doors are thinner but dont use peepholes/.
peepholes are usually adjustable by tightening or loosening the screw side.
