I took my pill pack out of the blister pack cuz I noticed there was something on the back so I blew on the back gently and then used a tissue to wipe it the fuzzy thing. Was this dumb...as in, would this have affected the pill??

No. I am assuming you did not saturate the pills with anything. They should be absolutely fine. The packaging is just for convenience.

it could have throw it out and use a differnt one
safe then sorry let a pharmasist known where you bought it you might get a new pack no charge
