Is it possible to hide the address of who sent an e-mail. I receive e-mails from fake address and when you respond it says not such address. How is that done? And is there a way to find out who sent it. I use Yahoo.com

Unfortunately it is very easy to send mail with a fake return address. Just like at the post office if you write a fake return address on the envelope it won't show who sent it.

Can you find out who really did, yes the real sending information is in the headers but you can not be totally sure that even that information is correct because even that can be pirated, borrowed, stolen, hacked etc.

Until we start kicking the people who do these illegal things into long jail terms and get serious about stopping the practice we will all suffer.

For now, just put them in the SPAM bucket and NEVER EVER respond to one. Then they know your address is good.
