I had a sandwich the other day that was, well, browned of lettuce, and much thinner overall than what was pictured on the menu.

Menu pictures are taken in extreme close up and have been styled. Yes, styled, like hair, so they look the best they can, but you could not eat the food they take photos of, and thus no food actually looks like its picture on the menu.

I find that when I eat at Mexican restaurants the meal always looks like the picture of it. But with fast food places like McDonald's and Wendy's the pictures are MAJOR false advertisements. Especially McDonald's, their burgers look like sh*t yet look amazing in the pictures

If you are ordering meals based on pictures, you need to change restaurants.

only in fine dining resterounts. th worst is mcdonalds in the picture it looks fresh and crispy but it really look greasy and its all messed up and not even hot!yuck!

Try Mcdonalds..............looks like cardboard, tastes like it too!!
