Well, why you don't visit the website of the Philippines' postal service and check the postal rates there???

A letter to Europe (up to 20gr) costs PS 26,00 at the moment.

it normally varies depending on the weight of the letter. but if it's just a postcard or a letter alone, it would amount to P20 or more.
