Running backs usually have about 20-25 rushes and a QB throws about 25-30 times a game. and that is not including special teams.

I would say about 60-70 plays for each team a game. QB gets around 40 pass attempts, and a RB gets 20 or sometimes 30. It all just depends on the turnovers, and if the game goes into OT.

Peyton and Brady take more time trying to sike to others D out there isnt really too much plays (peytons game is to eat the clock) thats how they win, they make teams impatient by eating away at the game clock..then there are some who go down the field in 2 min. and score and do that the whole game....

This is dependent on who controls the ball. A running team will generally use less plays than passing teams,( plus the clock continues to move). And passing the ball stops the clock on incomplete passes. This question truly has no wrong answer over 55 plays for both teams.
