This is on Afghanistan alone - Total there has been 478 coalition deaths (308 American). 52 British, 45 Canadian, 20 Spanish, 18 German, 9 French, 9 Italian, 4 Dutch, 4 Romanian, 3 Danish, 2 Swedish, 1 Australian, 1 Norwegian, 1 Portuguese, and 1 South Korean.
For Iraq - 256 total. Breakdown: Australia 2. Bulgaria 13. Denmark 6. El Salvador 5. Estonia 2. Hungary 1. Italy 33. Kazakhstan 1. Latvia 3. Netherlands 2. Poland 19. Romania 2. Slovakia 4. Spain 11. Thailand 2. Ukraine 18. United Kingdom 132. As of 19 February, 2007

i think he means civillian casualties. and last i heard the number was closer to 35,000 in iraq....not 1,000,000. but that may not include the people killed by insurgents. tho the civillian casualties as a result of US actions is somewhere around 35,000

local newspapers in uk state number of US military killed in Iraq so far in this campaign to be 3,200 and 1,000,000 civillians add afganistan to that and its too many

Are we talking proportionately - number of troops provided by that country in proportion to their population?
And do you include troops killed by friendly fire?
