Don't worry about it, nothing will happen.
If there are no people on earth, the mass (weight) of earth would be exactly the same as if there were 400,000, billions of us.
why, because people are made up of matter from the earth, it takes water and carbon elements and air to make the physical weight of a person, so the mass of the planet stays the same. , and when they die, they are recycled back into the earth. So the mass of the earth, which includes the atmosphere and anything on the ground or in the sea and the sea itself, does not change mass or weight unless something is added like an asteroid.

Coulomb's law has nothing to do with earth's orbit or weight...
You also seem to be making some kind of assumption that the more people there are on earth, the more the earth will weigh -- that is absolutely incorrect. People aren't made out of nothing, they're made of materials already on the earth. The atoms that make up YOU have been on the earth since the earth formed, and before that came from the cores of stars. Forming people just uses materials already on the earth, and puts them in a different form -- more people doesn't change the mass of the earth in any way.

The population of the earth has nothing to do with Coulomb's law which deals with electrostatics. If you're implying that it will fall out of orbit, it will not happen.

No, because of the fact to get that heavy, you may consume extra nutrition. nutrition has weight. So its extremely in basic terms displacing the load of nutrition. So as a replace of there being extra suitable carrots or cows, the load might in basic terms be in the type of a human as a replace.
