Strength - think of something and be honest (whether it be your experience, positive attitude,ability to work well on a team, etc, but pick only one thing and don't go over the top).

Weakness - yet again be honest, but don't pick something stupid that isn't really a weakness (i.e., "I'm too smart" or "sometimes I'm too organized") those are silly and they won't appreciate that. Pick something that is a weakness (but maybe not truly your greatest weakness) say, "I have difficulty in trusting others to do my work." Or..."While I have marketing experience, I don't have as much technical experience with a specific product like the one your company sells." Then talk about how you have overcome it in the past, and how you plan to overcome it in the future. Good luck!

Hello!

In arguably, that is one question every candidate can expect in any interview. Interviewers are most likely to be pleased with any answers. It is test of how you answer the question; so perhaps it is a good idea to prepare well before hand. Some of the good qualities organizations look for in their future employees is perseverance & honesty; apart from the ones already mentioned.
As for your weakness, one must ponder on the question (before the interview!).
