Can you over ride the scald monitor on a delta single handle shower faucet? Water is barley lukewarm?

Most anti-scald faucets I have seen have an adjustment under the handle cover. It usually has a screw that you can turn to get the water to a hotter or cooler temp. Some have a plate with an indicator that reads from hotter to colder.
