If only one half of the military helicopters had their weapons removed and our UN and USA leaders began discussing how to use those helicopters to actually help people with infrastructure with that technology, what would your suggestion
be? What did we learn about helicopters in New Orleans after the big hurricane? They are not just for warfare?

Military helicopters are for the military, and they need to have guns. I have no problem with producing civilian use helicopters, but the truth is they are expensive to build and expensive to operate, and are very fuel inefficient. There usually is is a much better suited transportation vehicles to do the kinds of jobs you are suggesting.
