It's definetely a three way tie between Calvin and Hobbes, Zits, and Pearls before Swine.
Since you say was, I assume you mean that doesn't run anymore, so C&H wins that one.
It's close between Zits and PBS (huh, I never realized that), but PBS wins. It's funnier.
