I a big believer that your dreams hold a lot of meaning and can tell you a lot about yourself and your anxieties. When I wake up I immediately write down everything I can remember about my dream, then I look up the meanings in one of my many dream books. So in some form I am recording my dreams by keeping a journal.

Yes. I had a cool one last night about playing poker and using tangerines as chips/money. I remember not wanting to bet the big one of the lot!! Great question.

Yeah I do. I have some very strange dreams sometimes. I mean well the one I had last night you would have to be 21+ to view it LOL.

yeah because then you could possibly see a pattern. I wish i could tape my dreams them play them when I was depressed my dreams are funny. Sometimes they make no sense.

That would be awesome actaully! I wouldn't have to get a headache everytime I tried to remember that one part of my dreams that I always forget!
