if a social work school is not listed at Council on Social Work Education (CSWE), does that mean its not accrediated?

Yes. On the website (CSWE.org) you can find all accredited schools and schools in candidacy (they have applied for accreditation). If the school says it is accredited it should be on the CSWE website. You may also ask the school this question and then verify by sending an e-mail to CSWE. Going to an accredited school is important if you want to go on for an MSW and you are seeking a BSW and/or if you want to go on for licensure (especially in a state different from where you graduated). I'm not positive but my guess would be that it is not accredited. The school website itself should tell if it is, if it isn't listed anywhere then it is safe to assume it is not an accredited school.
