Our Orange Broadband connection has been down for 2 weeks now and we are still nowhere near being reconnected? They have admitted it is their fault.

Has anyone else experienced problems lately? They told me it was something to do with being upgraded? Upgraded to What? We had no warning! I have to rely on webmail to read my mail - not easy with your boss hovering around!

It's sooooo annoying not having Internet or email at home!!!

Same here I have cancelled with Orange and gone with Virgin Media.

P.S: Orange were voted the worst broadband provider on Watchdog.

p.s Have you tried asking for compensation?

i used to have those complications too that's because they us those crappy netgear routers at the same time as they get over heated the relationship is going truly gradual, that's what i did to scrub up my problem i positioned my router in a up correct position and lean it adverse to a wall because the walls are cooler, i reliased it would not overheat to right away and also moved it in a more beneficial position faraway from the centrel heating and different issues that transmit radio, now i'm having no problems with the web connection and that i believe you the customer amenities are truly boring they save retaining oh if that would not artwork than call that individual or different it truly relies upon who you get a number of them easily don't know what they're speaking about
