I've posted multiple questions on here all asking the same thing basically but I'm 47 days into my cycle and still no period. I took a hpt last week and it came out negative. I used to be on bc pill and stopped mid cycle/pack in January and got my period Jan. 30. It lasted about 5 days. A week after the period I had all these symptoms of pregnancy but then they went away because I figured it was the horomones getting out of my system. Now I'm late and feel very nauseous and tired all the time. My boobs hurt but the pain comes in waves...it's not a constant. What do you think? I'm scared to take another test because I don't want it to come back out negative. Do you think I'm pregnant or my body's just adjusting to coming off the pill?

I think there's a good chance your hormones are out of whack. You're probably having anovulatory cycles, which is why you're late.

Go see a doctor & have her test your hormones to see what's going on. You may need to take something to get your hormones back on track.

Honestly, it could be either one of those things -- the only way to know for sure is to take a test. We can all speculate about how one symptom means this and another symptom means that, but in the end, the only thing that can give you a definitive answer is either the arrival of your period or a pregnancy test. And even that isn't always 100% accurate. If it says negative and/or you are still late/irregular, I'd recommend seeing your doctor.
