ok im really shy and im 16 and i never had a job so wat job shouild i get that wont make me so shy!!

Do you want to not be so shy? Or would you prefer to find a job where you don't have to be so "out there"?
If you want to get over being shy, working in a restaurant or fast food place is a pretty controlled way to deal with people - the interaction is limited to a short time frame and you have a basic script to follow ("for here or to go?" "regular or large?")
If you'd prefer to stay out of the public eye, try working with animals (they're easy to talk to !) Another option might be doing something that's more behind the scenes - working in a clerical job in a small office, doing bookkeeping work, and so on.
