Ok this is quite odd for me. I have noticed files just randomly disappearing from the music folder. But if I type the location of the file into windows media player or even an internet explorer address bar, the music plays. Apparently the file is there, I just can't see its icon in the folder? This only happens with three songs out of hundreds. Most songs are still present in the folder. Even after doing a Search for all files on the computer, the files do not show up. But if you happen to remember the file location and type it into a media player, it pops right up and begins playing.

There is no way to right click a file that is not there. I haven't been able to see the file except if I typed it into Internet Explorer. It does not show up when you View Hidden Files either.

This could happen if the file's hidden property is set to true... Go to tools-folder options in any windows explorer window and select view and select show hidden files and folders option... and click OK... that should do

You can also try to right click on the file and see the properties (this is if you are able to see the file in the folder) and see if the Hidden field is ticked...

All the best...
