I think maybe its because your popular full stop, don't think the orange badges are helping at all, just hang in their Smurf and don't let them get you down.

I think its the ability of Level 1's to issue UNLIMITED violation reports.
They are not trusted to answer or ask many questions, but without doing either of those, they can issue reports.
This needs changed.
