do i employ a blonde or redhead?

I need a new secretary and it's a choice between a hot redhead and this blonde babe. Neither has any real qualifications or experience so who do i go for? Other better qualified women applied but they did not look the part.

What kind of business do you run, where the looks of a woman are more important than her qualifications for the position? Are you in the porno business? What "part" is she supposed to look like?

You said you need a secretary. How can qualifications not be the most important issue? Being clean, well groomed, and attractively presented is important, but it sounds like you just want a hot woman around, not to type your letters, but to hype your image.

In that case, hire them both. One can sit in your office and take "dic-tation", and the other one can "answer" your calls.

Talk about sexism in the work place. Why would you pay an unqualified person because she looks good, as opposed to someone that does not suit your taste! You may as well just throw your money out the window. I am a dispatcher for a towing company, the owners can be gone for weeks at a time and I can do everything and not have to bother them once. I am 50 , fat and dam good at what I do, not some pretty ditsy window dressing.

I think you need to watch ugly Betty, Betty was hired because she isn't gorgeous to ensure the boss doesn't sleep with her, maybe you should try this. I think you will soon get bored of perving on the new employee once the novelty has worn off you are stuck with this person who cant do the job. But in answer to you question I say redhead as they are feisty and will keep you on your toes.

Obviously you only need the girl's looks not her qualifications to be a good secretary. Choose the hair colour to match your office curtains and furniture.

If you take the Redhead you are in a heap of trouble if you don't treat her right, you know the temper Redheads have. If you go for the Blonde then you don't have to worry about anything, except if you decide to have a conversation with her, you might find yourself talking to a complete idiot.

Well I'd say employ the ones with qualifications.....but as your aren't going to I'd say the redhead. The blond might be a bit.....blond. (not that I have anything agaisnt that...one of my friends is a total blond and I love her to bits!)
