Past? No. You'd have to go faster than the speed of light, which isn't possible per einstein (nothing can go as fast or faster than light).

Future? Yes. All you have to do is go really fast, then slow down. As you approach the speed of light, you'll experience something called "time dilation," which means time for you slows down.

Future - yes due to the twins paradox,

Past - Unclear. However, many theoaries about travel to the past involve travelling faster than the speed of light, and Einstein asserts that doing that is impossible.

Yes. You need a black hole to warp time space. Time is fluid and static. Best thought of a a series of points. You may travel to the past as the events have already occured, yet set up a paradox, because you would be going to a time when you had not yet been born, but not to the future as this has not happened.

not too sure on all of einsteins theories but there is a movie based on actual events called the philidelphia experiment where they succeded in time travelling both to the future and return to the past (1940's to 1989) unfortunatley people on the naval ship were killed in a gruesome manner. ive actually read documents supporting this althought it is denied by the us government.
