The problem is that it alot of it depends on which town the house is in.
Round my area, we have the expensive part where 5 bedroom houses can be rented at £6,000 per month and at lower end which is £1,750 per month

it all depend on the locations of the house and btw if u are in the usa i will put the average on a nice new house built in an average kind of neighborhood will be about 3000 dollars or more, (this is a wild guess) everything depend on a lot of things like locations, schools, availability of transportations, states, taxes, the conditions of the house etc. etc. etc.

So is the tremendous room the draw close mattress room, and does it have its own bath? if so that's wise for that room to be more beneficial. How about $390 for the draw close and $270 for each of the different rooms. Your 0.33 advice replaced into $360 for the tremendous room, and $280 for all the others, so it truly is close to to mine. yet i imagine if the tremendous room is unquestionably a draw close with its own bath, then the better employ is warranted.
