Why in the world would anyone do business with someone so dishonest and loathsome, he has no regard for whether what he does is legal or moral?

There are many other ways to put up a nice beautiful website on a shoe string budget, without copying others.
A bit of Goggling would have helped surely.
And why trying to look like a replica of your competitor, be distinct. These days people and search engines understands this.

That's possible by going to file and save as in the menu of your beowser but you might have better luck with a program that creates a website for you because even if you copy and save the website you still have to know how to edit it.
If you go to http://www.dakotawebhosting.com you can get the package called website tonight that helps you build a site without the html.

It is very possible.. You just copy the source code (Right clicking on the website you want to copy and copying the code). Then just enter it in the Front Page's code window..
Though this will be a very time consuming procedure as you need to save every single image/graphic etc to your PC (Unless you just want to use their images from their site directly - which means you are using their bandwidth and you might be tracked ;) )
But it is very possible, even though i recommend that you be original in your work ;)
Good luck,

No it's not possible. If it was, I wouldn't tell you anyway, because of the illegality and immorality of it, and someone like that doesn't deserve any business or any help, and will burn in hell.
But, it's not possible, because the resulting HTML/CSS output of a website is not necessarily what drives it, as most are generated by server-side scripting and database content management, whose source cannot be viewed without hacking into the server.
Too bad, so sad.

Try this link...http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/
Probably YOUR best bet. If you can't figure out Frontpage, you don't need to try to code anything yourself.
Yahoo smallbusiness has tools to allow you to build a site without having to code (or very minimal code) "on the cheap".

(Do not bother to tell me it is not legal or moral etc)
Well, it is certainly possible, and then again it is possible to pirate software, shoplift, steal people's patented ideas, plagerize. Anything is possible when you have the drive!
