Usually there is a reason someone would want to install a keylogger on you... cheating, online passwords, email.

If they use a commercial version, just do a add/remove programs from control panel and it will show up. Also ctrl+alt+del will have an unusual entry in the process list.

Most commercial versions do not show up in the applications list not on the sys tray.

Another way would be to do a find on *.log files and look for something obvious. Then you can edit the log file as a text document and resave. This will leave the person suspicious of your activity baffled!

These are usually easy. Yahoo Anti-Spy on the Toolbar will even see most. If you not have Anti-Spy find your Toolbar Settings on the Yahoo toolbar. Depending on your version it will be just left of the search box or were your Avatar is to the right. Choose "Add/Edit Buttons" and add Anti-Spy to your toolbar.

Install Windows Defender and SpyBot. They should find just about all malware on your PC.

Yes run an online virus scan

Do an online virus scan to check and remove virus and spyware if you still have viruses on your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .
