unfortunately, as it turn out to be - U just cannot increase Ur memories. U have what everyone have in standard. What U can do is to increase the efficiencies and capacity of Ur brain storage and retrivel methods/techniques that makes things to look as though memories are increased.

And a person can also enhance his memory by the using medition.

By developing genuine interest in what you do and while doing it wholeheartedly. Our own interest is the permanent memory. You remember your birth day, gift received from a friend, when you are adjudged as best in school etc. Hence have interest in what you do. You can definitely remember all.

Since I'm a Christian, I don't do Hindu anything. I know their are some herbs available that increase memory. Lethicin (sp) is one that makes that claim. So does Ginko-Bilboa.
