I will definately not do it myself. Im wondering because I have these little nicks in the paint but only on the hood. I had to have it replaced about 7 months ago because of an accident and they did a crappy paint job. Im taking it back to the place that repaired it but im not sure if they will fix it. I have a 2003 Corolla, anyone know about how much it would cost if the repair shop wont do it?

On or off the car? Off maybe 1 hr. if your are just scuffing and squirtin. If it needs primers or repair it could take anywhere from 2 to 10 hrs. On the car add 2,3 to 6 hrs. as the rest of the car will need to be masked off, the fenders etc. will need to be prepped for blend in, plus the work for mentioned.

Usually, you would go to a body shop to do that. It's not that expensive, and much less of a hassle than doing it yourself.
