I'm not sure if it is particularly "good" people, but yes. I call it "the cave across the valley" syndrome. I can see someone and feel they are part of my "tribe", just like I can see someone and feel they are from a circle farther afield than I am comfortable with.
But I have definitely seen people and thought "there is someone I am supposed to know." It is kind of like love at first sight, only with friends.
I think there is an aura of goodness around people who choose to let that part of themselves shine.

Actually, I do seem to have an intuition about good people, interesting people. It's not just from first sight either. If I see the way someone writes, the way their mind works, I can usually tell that they're someone who thinks differently than most others, people who think "outside the box" and don't conform. I've been right more often than not in my experience with people.

It has been a long time since I believed in bad people.

All people are good people. We just call the people who do the things that we don't like, bad or evil.

We of course are only seeing the situation from our own limited perspective. To us it fits the definition of bad or evil.

From the perspective of the other person it always looks like the correct or logical thing to be doing.

To the British in the 1700s George Washington was a terrorist commander.

To Americans he was a hero. All ideas of good and evil are point of view specific.

We are just silly enough to believe that our idea is always the only possible correct way to be thinking.

Silly little dream of superiority we are having isn’t it.

Love and blessings.

Me? I certainly wouldn't trust myself to.

But there's a really interesting psychology tidbit I could offer, here...

It's a documented fact that men will decide whether or not to like other men within the first 30 seconds. Upon meeting and shaking hands, each man will look into the other's eyes until he ascertains whether or not the man is trustworthy. It's completely unconscious.

Neat, huh?

There haven't been any studies of women that I've heard of, though.

Remember the special thing about that person. Don't just remember how he/she looks, remember their names as well.
