If you are buying from a real estate agent, they should know of people locally that can help. If not, check out you bank or a mortgage company. With not so good credit, the mortgage co. might be your best bet. They can usually lend a higher percentage then banks.

there is a website called "www.mortgage-x.com that will have answers to a lot of your questions about mortgage loans. Also if you go into a title company they can give you info. on buying a home too.
