Winter has the better sports and Summer has the better tradition.

I'll go with the Winter only because I really enjoy the sports-bobsledding, skeleton, snowboardingcross was outstanding, Nordic ski-jumping, ice hockey, and finally the skiing. How can I forget short track speed skating Apolo vs the South Koreans. Also the Winter games where never as political as the summer games.

Summer Olympic Games are better. More sports are participated during the summer games. The summer games have more tradition than the winter games and from a spectators point of view they are better to watch. you get introduced to new sports.
