I am libra and my husband is virgo, we have been together 23 years... I am the decision maker, the bill payer, the "boss" etc, and it is not by choice, it is out of necessity. I believe virgos are so passive and laid back that they NEED a strong partner, some one who can take control. Could you imagine 2 passive people struggiling through life? It can work, but be prepared for the amount of responsiblity you may have.

No way. Virgos always have their minds made up, and Libras could twidle their thumbs all day. Virgos are shy as anything, and Libras are socialites. Virgos are fastidious and meticulous, while Libras are sloppy and carefree. So lol no you're not. But anyway, Good luck~N
