Your diet could be causing your breakouts. Make sure you drink plenty of water. A cheaper face wash product that works really well is Phisoderm, but not everybody carries it, try Walmart. Also, I really liked Weight Watchers for weight loss. Their system makes you much more aware of what you are eating, and keeps you conscious of that even after you are not dieting anymore. I lost 15 pounds in 3 months and kept it off.

I'm 28, I had the same problem last year caused by stress.
Neutrogena Cleansing Bar for Acne-Prone Skin (which I used to when I was 16) is great, also I can recommend Shiseido Day Essential Moisturizer Light for daily use.

I had the same problem aswell as some others.
I went to the doctors and found out that it was polycystic ovaries.
They cause bad acne and weight gain aswell as a few other undesirable symptoms.
I got treated for it and i lost alot of weight, before i wasn't able to because of it, but once i got it treated the weight and acne disappeared so quickly.

**** diet. Go do some Hatha Yoga and run. If you run and do yoga, you naturally don't want to eat crappy so you typically end up eating better naturally.
Yoga tones your muscles, running tones your heart. Seriously. Do it. I have lost 20 lbs since August doing just that.
As for nasty food, don't buy it. If you don't buy it, you can't eat it. Don't fully deprive yourself, like if you have a chocolate craving, get some damned chocolate, just don't keep it as a staple around the house.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Just could be a chemical imbalance, take more vitamin B12, and drink more water, also try a face washing regiment from Marcella. Seems to keep mine in check and I'm 30 and still get nasty breakouts. I find they happen when I don't use my marcella face kit.

pimples can be due to:
ageing, pollution, stress, lack of nutrients & exercise, not enough rest, smoking, drinking, UV light(suntan)...
So you really have to take good care of your skin now in case it gets worst...
I consume Good protein powder on replacement of my breakfast & dinner to lose weight... It really works quite well. I have already lose 7kg & still wanna lose weight.. from 63kg to 56kg! Protein can increase our muscle mass & burn out body fats, can improve our cells & make it healthy enough so that our cells can absorb good nutrients & remove away the toxin in our body!
Water is also very important...
