I hate flying, from the musty smell of airplanes, to the turbulance. I am to young to be taking sleeping pills or whatever, but I still need a way to be calm. Help please

This is a very common fear! Bring something to do to help pass the time. Watch movies on your dvd player, listen to music, play cards or hand held video games. Request a seat near a flight attendant jump seat or sit in a window seat and enjoy the beautiful scenery the world has to offer. Take Dramamine-- it will help you relax and keep you from getting airsick. It is usually cold on the airplanes so bring a sweater or blanket for comfort. dress appropriately. Bring snacks! Drink pleanty of water during the flight. Listen to flight attendant instructions. Just sit back, try to relax, and enjoy your flight. Have fun!

If you are leaving in the morning have a big Bloody Mary. If you are flying in the afternoon a big Margarita will do the trick!

Go to your doctor and get 2 valiums, one for each way. This worked for my mom for years.
