If you had your period on 2-17 then normally your would be ovulating 14 days afterward which is when your most fertile.
If that is what happened then your most likely not pregnant and just late due to stress.
However it is possible to ovulate outside that time frame. If you did ovulate sometime during March 10-16 then you would need at least 6-10 days for the fertilized egg to implant.
A pregnancy test detects for the presence of the HCG Hormone in your urine. That is not even made in your body until after the fertilized egg implants into your uterus.
It would be best to wait a week and then buy a pregnancy test , get the double pack so you have an extra on hand in case you need it.
Periods can also be late due to stress or even other underlying factors. If you test negative but continue to not get your period, please get yourself checked out by your gynecologist to make sure there are no other underlying problems.

Your first step would be a home pregnancy test, depending on the result would determine if you should make an appointment with your doctor. It sounds like you could be pregnant. But as with everything else there still are factors of stress. Good luck and God bless

Yes, you will (or should) miss the first expected period when you are pregnant.
(However, there could be a number of reasons you haven't started so take a test.)
