I think any earthy tones would really bring out the pretty brown in your eyes. Ie: dark greens, rich browns, beiges, warm rusty colors. Finish with a nice black eyeliner, or dark green/khaki color. Hey, like your name - I am a Daphne too!

any color will work honestly

try to go for a three color eyeshadow with a light on the brow bone medium in the middle and darker tone in theeye crease with a white eye liner in the inner bottom rim of your eyes will bring them out and any color will work just go with colors that are monocromatic when doing a three tonal eye shadow meaning there brown or whatever color and one is light medium then dark of that tone

Light pinks and golds. you can also use tones in the blue family as blue makes brown eyes pop. However don't over do it....that gross blue eyeshadow trend was done in the 80's. Stick more with a warmer pallette to enhance those peepers of yours.

I learned this from the manager of MAC cosmetics
Brown eyes dont contrast or go with any one color in particular. they really can go any way. What it depends on is the shade. I personally love brownish purples in the crease of the eye right under the brow bone, a cream or light pink on the lid and a lighter cream above the brow bone blended well. its lovely if natural looking

certainly gold. it might stand out your eyes ! In a loose powder, or in glitter eyeliner. in basic terms a information, upload somewhat water on your gold loose powder, and persist with it on your eye, like an eyeliner, or in basic terms all. in any different case, perhaps pink could be great. a dismal color, like plum or darkish violet. In a eyeliner, or in a eye shadow. After, darkish blue, like middle of the night blue, is extremely captivating on brown eyes, for a mild smokey look.
