Is there a way I can recover the data off of my flash drive when it is not recognizable by windows?

Recently my flash drive has stopped functioning. Is there any way i can recover the data off of that drive?

You might try to remove the driver for the flash drive, then reinsert it. Another idea is to use a bootable Linux CD such as Knoppix.
