VERY NORMAL!!! i still have morning sickness so bad and i am 24 weeks. I am actually on medication for it because i lost over 20 lbs from it and have not even gotten back to my pre preg weight. (hypermesis)
Other things are besides eating small meals, try to eat your food then drink liquids. dont mix and match. (not a good combo)
Crackers, ginger, chicken broth... all helped me a little bit. If it get so bad you cant keep anything down and i do mean anything.. talk to your OB. she may be able to give you something for it. I am on reglan and phenergan. both are great!

Unfortunately yes, quite normal for most women. I always hoped I would be one of the lucky ones who didn't have any nausea at all, but it didn't happen :-)
Try ginger or vitamin B to reduce nausea. I used Preggie Pops occasionally, too; they're a bit on the pricey side, so just use a few licks to make the morning sickness stop. Saltines or other bland carbs work well for mild queasiness.

Hey There,
This is completely normal and completely annoying:) Luckily I only experienced this until my third month - hopefully yours will be the same way. I don't know why they call it morning sickness because for me it was all day nausea and sickness. I found that saltine crackers and sipping on ice cold coca-cola helped tremendously. Hang in there - it will get better:) Good luck and congrats:)

The main cause of morning sickness is a combination of issues related to the chemical changes your body is going through. Mix a pinch of nutmeg powder with a table spoon of gooseberry juice, and take it thrice a day. Sip little by little ginger juice mixed with honey before you get out of bed. Yes you are normal...hopefully it will go away in a few weeks eating saltines, drinking ginger ale, chicken broth or sucking on ice chips usually helps. Speak to your ob doc they may want to give you Folic Acid to help with the digestion. Good Luck!! Hoping you have a healthy pregnancy :)

Yes, perfectly normal. Try eating crackers before you get out of bed. Let it settle on the stomach a little before getting up. You can also try grating fresh ginger in a cup of hot water to make a tea.

It is very normal. I lost 20lbs. by the time I was 12 weeks pregnent. I was sick from the time I woke up till I went to bed. Finally, My husband would fix me a glass of water and some dry toast before I got out of bed and served it to me. That helped a lot.

very normal...I was sick for 8 months! I changed the name to "all day sickness" because it never happened just in the morning.
Hope you don't have to deal with this, just keep doing what you are doing. Most likely it will pass soon.
