the flames will make the playoffs and likely play nashville(im a wings fan tho). They have good chances against nashville. remember when they beat detroit in 6 games.

I think it's going to come down to the last game of the year from them. It will be one of those things that we do not know till the end of the game on the 8th. I honestly thing the Flames have the upper hand, even with Colorado on this surge. It will be close, but I would have to say the Flames by about 2-3 points.

Flames in 5 correct now yet i do no longer think of the two will make the playoffs. Calgary does have of project. by ability of the time they the two make the playoffs Edmonton could be a technique greater advantageous team than Calgary

They have 2 games coming up with Colorado, their closest competitor in the standings. They probably just need to win 1 of those games and they'll be fine. They have a pretty decent cushion. But if they lose both of those games, it could come down to the wire between them and Colorado.

not sure, but a good indicater will be when they play the Red Wings this tuesday night at home. This will also serve as a good way to figure how well they would do in the playoffs if they get a shot.
Also, injuries as of late are taking the fight right out of the Flames lately...i.e. McCarty. They need him, he is their tank.

They have seem to hit the wall lately and the west is so competitive, that if you are cold now with 10 or less games left, you may have to turn it around quickly and win 8 of 10, or it may not happen.

The Flames are the same as atheists...they both don't have a prayer.
