i would have to say the dress, if she likes dresses, and she likes gold. but, what about something else.
where did you meet? you could impress her, make a collage of pictures of the two of you, and frame it. include ones of where you met. even if you have to run and take them, and then have them developed at the one hour place. put a few little notes in it. , like "we stood here..........." and mark and arrow to the picture, and then finish your sentance "when we first kissed"(that was just an example) if you both like the same candy, but in a candy wrapper, or a ticket from a game/movie/concert that you went to.
make something orriginal. you can get her candy any day
