mars and neptune have been colonised over 20 years
ago.jupiter will not allow earth people to colonise because
their techonolgy is to far advanced for earthlinks to
comprehend. as for the outer planets a project called mirror
imaging is under way placing huge mirros on various angles to use sun's rays to create a warmer
enviroment
