I have my old ipod with all my music in it, and I just bought a new bigger capacity one. How do I transfer music from the old one onto the new one? I've tried everything I could think of!!

If it's all on your computer, you simply have to sync the new one with the computer. You may have to "deauthorize", then "reauthorize" the computer for the new one.

If it's not already on the computer, simply plug in your old ipod and (through "My Computer") create a new folder and copy the music in your ipod to the new folder (your ipod should be listed as "removable USB storage device" or something similar and the music should be in the "itunes music"-or similarly named- folder). Import that folder into itunes and your music should all transfer from the created folder into itunes. Then, simply sync the new one.

if you still have the music on your computer then just add the playlist to your new pod. you cannot switch music from 1 to the other. hope that helps.
