I am a 45 year old mom who just loves this game for some reason. On 'easy level,' of course, I went through no problem, but I have been trying to 'locate the 155 mm guns' for about 7 hours now, and can't even get a 'game saved' notation even if i last 10 minutes before finally dying.
I try running through the trenches killing all nazis before i go to the empty gun mount and use my scope to kill gunners; i've tried going to kill the gunners first, then running through the trenches to kill the nazis in their bunker with the bombed out entrance.
A suggestion to throw smoke grenades is made by the game now and then, but unlike times when I've used the smoke grenade to advance and then hide, I can't shoot through the smoke, and it clears and I've no where to hide.
What am I missing (in this mission?)

what i did was. i through a smoke grenade at the tractor and
ran to the other thench and shot the gunner.

this is a hard mission pop a smoak to the left and move to it and pop another move to it go up the left flank and get to the trenches move fast get behind the gunners and frag them repet this to all bunkers i wish i could help more but the call of duty 2 i played is for x box 360 move up the left side quick and cover your self with smoak it will take a lot of trys on veteran but it can be done i did it
