Can i clear out my hard drive so that my fiancee cant see what ive looked at online in the past?

I have looked at alot of porn in my single days. my fiancee hates that kind of stuff and i would hate for her to have to accidentally see something offensive when she uses this computer. is there anything i can do to erase? ive already cleared my online history but is there more that needs to be done?

Reformat the hard drive but that's only 99% safe. If you want 100% safety, burn the hard drive and dump the ash in the ocean and purchase a new one.
